orders placed on www.baclmann-norway.co.uk. Please note that Planned
Chaos can only accept returns of merchandise purchased through our
website. Products purchased from another retail outlet will have to be
processed through that retailer.
Shipping Methods:
Planned Chaos t/a Parent Studio cooperates
with a number of carriers such as UPS, DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. To
provide you the best service, Planned Chaos reserves the right to choose a
carrier that is most suited to handle your order. The selected carrier depends
on your region and the size of your order. In general, shipping lead time
is typically 5-10 workdays, depending on where in UK the order is being
delivered.
Orders are shipped on normal business days between Monday – Friday, with the
exception of holidays. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and
shipping holidays can delay the shipment of your order.
Multiple Warehouse:
Please Note: Planned Chaos t/a Parent Studio in association with Beckmann
EU warehouse aim to deliver the most efficient service possible. Both stock
levels are represented on the website to best inform the client. It is possible
that orders can be PART FULFILLED from either or both locations. This ensures you get the
quickest service available.
Stock is held in both locations and therefore can
be shipped in whole or in part between EU and UK.
